호스트가 매우 친절하고 의사소통이 원할하며 피드백이 매우 신속했습니다.내부도 깨끗하게 관리가 잘 되어있고 특히 거실과 방이 분리가 되어 있어서 좋았습니다.고층이라 뷰도 매우 훌륭했고 위치는 막탄 바닷가와 식당가기에도 동선이 좋았습니다.1층수영장도 있고 스마트tv도 사용할수 있어서 편안하게 쉬기에 가성비 좋은 훌륭한 숙소입니다.

Everything you could possibly need is here, and the hosts were really accommodating when we had questions. Well-equipped unit, and the speedy internet allowed us to work remotely without any problems. Since there weren't many people during our stay, we had the pool all by ourselves. We also enjoyed watching plane landing by the balcony at night . All in all, we had an incredible stay. Highly recommended and would like to come back someday!

If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would! Everything about it was top notch from the cleanliness, location to how responsive the host are! Would definitely recommend staying here.

The place was exactly like, if not better, than the photos. Felt very modern but homey at the same time. Spacious bedroom. Fairly large and comfy bed. Big closet. There was a foldable wall desk which I used to work for a while. The views were nice on the floor I was on. Got to see planes landing nearby. The pool area had a nice layout and was quite peaceful. Had a swim at night and the lights made the scenery even better. There was no shortage of appliances and utensils. I got to cook myself a yummy dinner with no problem. The bathroom had a bidet, separated shower area with hot water, even a washing machine. What surprised me most was how everything was so thoughtfully placed. Everything was where they were most convenient to use. Nitpicks: the water pressure for the kitchen sink was a bit weak (stronger in the bathroom). Would have appreciated another trash bin as well. Host was very responsive and helpful. Overall I loved my time here and would definitely stay here again!
