The house has been updated with beautiful luxury vinyl floors and a beautiful kitchen. You have your own personal laundry room with a utility sink tucked into the kitchen. The kitchen has a pantry and all the cooking utensils you can think of. We offer a Keurig coffee machine with coffee and tea to get you started. The kitchen overlooks the living and dining area as well as the Homosassa river. Relax in this quiet home. The home offers the master bedroom with a king bed on the main floor as well as an ensuite bathroom with his and hers closets. There is a dedicated work office next to the master bedroom next to the screened in porch that over looks the Homosassa River. Coming back into the house you can go upstairs to two additional bedrooms and one full bathroom. The second bedroom upstairs has a King bed and the their bedroom has 2 twin beds. They pull out from chairs. This room also has a sliding door to an additional upstairs porch that overlooks the river. The full bathroom upstairs features a shower/tub combo.
