Iain's place is tasteful and very comfortable. A brilliant locaton - beautiful views of mountains and sea from the windows. Close to Brodick rstaurants, shops and ferry. Very well stocked forall the kitchen stuff you might need - pots and pans, cutlery,m glasses. Just loads without feeling in any way cluttered. Beautiful garden and plenty of space to park three cars. We were a group of 6 plus an eleven week old baby and it felt spacious and easy. Three very good bathrooms helped hugely. Walk in showers were brilliant. Iain was helpful and welcoming throughout the process. Thank you !

Perfect location. Just outside the main throng of Brodick but easy walking distance. Ideal location for the Glen Rosa valley and Goat Fell - all in walking distance. Very well equipped for all catering facilities that you might need. Garden also beautiful with excellent seating and eating options outside. Ample parking. Would recommend and stay again.

Excellent holiday with our grown up children and grandchildren. Spacious modern & well equipped house with lots of natural light. Pretty garden with good places to sit outside and for children to play. Short walk to beach and Brodick centre.
