Experience comfort and convenience in a recently renovated apartment. This cosy private room offers a plush 140cm double bed. Enjoy modern amenities including a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, sleek bathroom, and a large balcony. With easy access to the city center and airport via tram or cycling (just 15min away), you'll love exploring the vibrant surroundings. Supermarkets are conveniently located nearby. Enjoy flexible self-check-in/out. Feel free to reach out with any queries. The apartment is in a newly renovated building in a quiet neighbourhood. It is on the 6th floor with a large south facing balcony and a view towards the skyline of Amsterdam Zuid, the financial center of the city. The entire apartment has been renovated and furnished in 2015. The bedroom has a comfortable 140cm double bed with 25cm mattress, wardrobe, table and bookcase for guests' convenience. There is a fully equipped kitchen, modern bathroom and toilet and a light-filled living room. The building has two lifts and 24/7 safety video monitoring.

Emil et son copain ont été très accueillants et chaleureux ! Le logement n'est pas dans le centre mais on peut le rejoindre très facilement en transport. Magasins pour faire les courses à proximité, appartement très bien entretenu et paisible. Merci encore et à bientôt !

The host is friendly and responsive and the stay was very comfortable. There is nothing to do here but the public transport is a few minutes walk away.
