This was a nice space and just right for 4 people. Super clean, comfortable beds, full kitchen, spacious bathroom with a big shower, a great place to be for a few days in Seattle. Really close to Pike Place Market and the space needle. The street parking situation had me a little worried but I actually found parking within 2 blocks of the unit each night I stayed so it ended up being a non issue. I enjoyed the keyless entry, the host provided me an entry code good for my stay and I never had to stress losing a key I just came and went as I pleased. The host, Vince, is very responsive within a few minutes. Highly recommended this unit.

We loved our stay at Vince's place. The place was bigger than we initially thought, very clean, and great location (very central). Vince was a great host, always responsive and allowed us to check in early. The complaints we had: the people upstairs are SO noisy. It's almost like they were making noise on purpose in the middle of the night. Lastly, around 1 or 2am one of the neighbors was peeping into our door (there's no cover on the glass) looking around and we saw him. it was very weird and off-putting. It really is a great place to stay and very clean. Perfect for a party of 2-4 people!

Excellent location (once you can find parking, that was the ONLY downside). Very clean; well appointed and nice, backyard space
