Michael’s place was very clean and well appointed for our two night stay. We appreciated the thoughtful bathroom amenities, stocked kitchen wares and washer and dryer. Close enough to restaurants and metro station. You can tell the from the outside that the owners take pride in their space. The large driveway is helpful if you have a vehicle. I would gladly rent again if we the need arose.

My friend was running the Boston Marathon and my family went to support her. Prior to our stay Michael helped orient me with the location of the house to the MBTA train that we could take to the finish. He also helped me plan our morning of the race by suggesting the best little diner that was close to the house and on our way to the first stop on the course. Rox Diner was so good, we ate there twice! The house itself was perfect for our family. It was clean, beautiful, and comfortable with ample room and amenities. We were even able to enjoy a family movie night (Fever Pitch) in the living room before our visit to Fenway. We rented a car, so having a designated parking spot was a huge plus. The home is in a great location and we were able to drive from the house to Boston attractions and the airport in about 30 minutes. We would happily stay again.

Wonderful home with modern amenities and clean fixtures, hosted by one of the best host in the business. This home is located in a quiet safe area in Boston and is worth every penny.

I have stayed at Air bnb around the world, I can say this was one of the best. Mike was an amazing host. Our flight arrived in the morning and he allowed us to check in early. He always responded quickly if we had a question or needed something. Even if it wasn't related to his beautiful house. The place looked just like the pictures. We stayed three weeks and if ever I have to go Boston again I will definitely stay here.

Michael was a fantastic host. He was responsive, friendly, and even went out to get an iron for us upon request :) Would definitely recommend staying at Michael’s. We certainly plan to stay there next time we’re in town!
