This exceptional house sits high on a hill boasting grand unobstructed sea views. Tastefully decorated & well equipped, we prepared and enjoyed meals at the spacious kitchen island, on the road, or at the large dining table which faces the breathtaking vistas of Clare Island. There is a bonus view of Croagh Patrick from the back bedroom on the upper floor that overlooks sheep grazing within a traditional stone wall. This home is a great base for visiting surrounding areas such as lively, colorful Westport and Achill Island with its turquoise tinted waters. The home is even more quiet outside than inside. We witnessed three spectacular sunsets — and on our last night, we were blessed with a rare solar magnetic storm that offered streaks of color in the sky — a sight to behold! Friendly, communicative hosts offer clear directives and welcoming hospitality. We very much hope to return. Thank you, Paula and Stephen, for memories that will last a lifetime!

Paula's house was incredible, fantastic homely stay with everything you could need. The location was great, with some fantastic beaches nearby. the local town of Louisburgh was great - would recommend McNamaras bar for a quick pint before eating back at the house! The best thing by far, and which is really breathtaking are the views from every window in the house.. something that will live with us all forever... if you're thinking about booking this place then do it, you wont be disappointed!

This is a stunning and comfortable house in a beautiful location. There is everything you need for a wonderful holiday. You can tell it’s someone’s home as it has all the personal touches. We were met by the owner’s daughter and had regular check ins with Paula the owner. She could not have been more friendly and helpful. An early check in was accommodated which was very much appreciated. We enjoyed the evenings in front of the wood stove watching movies by candlelight. I was able to cook full meals and there was a well stocked spice cupboard, oil, vinegar etc. Hot water was piping and the central heating worked well to keep us warm. We walked and jogged to Cross Beach. It’s well known to us and as beautiful as beaches are in this area.

Maison spacieuse, conforme aux photos avec une vue magnifique sur la mer. Logement aux portes du Parc du connemara. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour et y reviendrons avec plaisir.

We had a great stay at the Sea Scape house. Beautiful inside, out and all around. Great space for our small family, with room to spare. Paula and Stephen were eager to help us get there and ready with information to help us get settled. The drives to and from were an adventure and challenging, always something to see and experience.
