Newly renovated villa where ancient charm and modernity blend harmoniously. Located just 200 meters from the borders of Finalborgo, named one of the most beautiful Villages in Italy. Immerse yourself in the enchantment of wonderful frescoes without giving up contemporary comfort. Every corner of this residence has been lovingly reinvented to offer an unparalleled stay experience. 1 private parking space near the building. Option to book a separate cellar/bike room. Adjustable air conditioning with thermostat. A face towel and a body towel are available for every guest booked who is at least 6 years old. Bed linen and blankets are provided for the indicated number of guests. BEDROOMS Room 1: present double bed 1.60x1.90m, wardrobe, wooden luggage rack and camp bed 1.20x0.50 for the little ones. Bedroom 2: double bed 1.60x1.90m, wardrobe and luggage rack. LIVING ROOM Wooden dining table with 6 chairs, 43" SmartTv with Netflix, comfortable sofa bed 1.40x1.90m and access to the balcony. KITCHEN Equipped with induction hob with 4 burners and hood, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, moka Bialetti, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, washing machine, set of pots and pans, cutlery, cups, glasses, goblets and various utensils. BATHROOMS They both offer a shower cubicle, complete sanitary facilities and have a shower bath and hairdryer. PARKING A private parking space is available 4,70x2,70m in front of the house for parking in complete comfort. CELLAR/ BIKE ROOM a cellar/bike room in the building can be booked separately

L'appartamento é bellissimo, perfettamente ristrutturato con attenzione ai dettagli. É dotato di tutti i comfort di cui si ha bisogno per una vacanza, anche lunga. La posizione é fantastica, si raggiunge Finalborgo a piedi ed il parcheggio privato é molto comodo. Consigliatissimo...ci tornerei senza ombra di dubbio!

Wir haben vier Nächte in dieser großartigen Wohnung verbracht und waren schon begeistert! Die Wohnung wurde vor Kurzem renoviert, hat aber immer noch dieses charmante, italienische Flair. Die hohen Decken und die schönen Deckenmalereien tragen wirklich zum Ambiente bei. Die Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Stock eines Hauses und ist sonnig mit großen neuen Fenstern, die eine helle und einladende Atmosphäre schaffen. Wir haben die Ruhe in der Wohnung genossen. Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer, jedes mit eigenem Bad – sehr komfortabel! Und der private Parkplatz im Hinterhof hat uns auch viel Stress erspart. Obwohl die Wohnung etwas außerhalb der Altstadt liegt, sind Supermärkte und Restaurants bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir können wir diese Wohnung wärmstens empfehlen. Sie bietet genau den richtigen Mix aus modernem Komfort und traditionellem italienischem Charme. Wir kommen wieder, in dem Fall nicht nur wegen den Trails.
