Our Historic Pullman Airbnb townhouse offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. We hope you enjoy it! Our home is one of the original executive rowhomes of the 1880's Pullman Company Town. This townhouse has 3 bedrooms and two baths and has been fully modernized, offering plenty of space for the whole family. Whether you're here for business or leisure, we look forward to welcoming you to our home-away-from-home! As your hosts, we're dedicated to ensuring your stay is memorable, providing local tips and a warm, inviting atmosphere. Clothing iron, steamer, ironing board, coffee maker, wi-fi, work space, smart tv's, microwave, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator w/filtered water, ice maker, glassware, tableware, cooking utensils and more are available for guests.

Great location for what we needed the space for. There wasn’t a ton of food options we ended up door dashing and traveling out but overall was clean, spacious and good feel at home vibe.
Very comfortable unit with lots of space, close to public transit in a beautiful historic neighborhood. Brad was very communicative and accommodating. Would love to stay here again!

The historic Pullman neighborhood is an intricately preserved time capsule, transporting you all the way back to the 1880s in Chicago. The area is home to the Pullman Historic district, the city’s first National Monument, where you’ll find striking brick buildings, fascinating history, and picture-perfect streets (it was a planned utopia, after all).
Immerse yourself in Pullman’s history by taking one of the self-guided or guided walking tours that embark from the Pullman Exhibit Hall. Pullman was built from scratch as the county’s first planned industrial town. Designed by luxury railcar tycoon George Pullman for his employees, the community included more than 1,500 company-owned houses, a church, a school, and a building that housed offices, stores, a library, and a bank.
While factory production lines are no longer running, many of Pullman’s original buildings remain. You can still see examples of original company houses, from executive mansions to worker cottages. The elegant Hotel Florence, named for Pullman’s daughter, still stands and is undergoing a major restoration.
Free parking in a private driveway is available for guests at our historic townhome. Public transportation is available via CTA bus routes, CTA Redline train, the Metra train and EV bike docking stations are within walking distance. CTA bus stops and the Metra train are yards away from the front of the property.
