I had an excellent stay at this place with family. Host Nayeem and place owner Mr. Sadi are gem of persons and know hospitality very well. The place is very well designed and maintained with their personal interest. Staff Ms. Manju is extremely cooperative. She is very clean and cooks very well. Our experience was very delightful. Only a small drawback of the place is on 3rd Floor and there is no lift. This was mentioned by Nayeem in personal communication before my arrival. The owner Mr. Sadi arranged help to carry our luggage proactively but my old aged parents faced a little difficulty climbing up and down. Rest is Execellent. Will go back again to the place for sure.

Stay is in a really good location, about a km from Leopold’s cafe. One can walk and explore South Bombay. We got the place in less price so it was in a way worth it. Although the stay is in an older building and on 3rd floor, without a lift. Good: Location is really good. And the stay was clean when we arrived. Ram ji is the caretaker who stays and even sleeps just outside the stay. There was enough supply of bed sheets and blankets. There’s AC in every room and cools the stay nicely. Areas of Improvement: We faced a few electricity blackouts. We got power backup when we asked Ram ji to look into it. The stay was a bit smaller than our expectations. One of the rooms is just about the size of bed. Having a smaller bed in that room would be better. If anyone is claustrophobic, better sleep out in the hall.
