Michelle was responsive, allowed an earlier check-in and had clear instructions. The accomodation is located in a peaceful area of Auckland and the place itself is situated beneath the main house, via a seperate entry with its own amenities (no contact with host or main house), however at times I did hear noise from above (thankfully not at ridiculous hours). The photos are exactly what you see, very basic amenities (toilet, basin, shower, sink) and this could be personal preference but I personally felt uncomfortable due to cleanliness; it felt a little dirty with dust everywhere, the toilet wasn't cleaned, no cleaning products provided (e.g handsoap, detergent), 1x raggedy old towel (wish I had brought my own) and the bedding as a whole (bed, pillows and doona) felt old. In saying this, I only stayed for one night and its all I needed for a basic nights accomodation.

Super great stay for what we paid. super quite, didn't hear any notice from the house where they lived (upstairs), clean towels, just maybe having 2 chairs for 2 would be great (and not just one to work), easy to enter, super king by messages, feel totally safe, good place to stay close form the CBD :) thank you :)

Michelle was really helpful. She is so kind to let me stay longer and checked out late. The room was good for your basic needs on short stay... Only wish the bed is a little soft but that's only my preference.. The location was great. Easy transport and walk to Newmarket. The location is safe to also walk at night. I would recommend this place. Thank you Michelle and Godbless. 🎉
