Comfortable home close to KU campus & many amenities. You will have two bedrooms, an office & two bathrooms all to yourself, as well as a full kitchen with full size appliances. The living room has a large sectional sofa & television. Both bedrooms are furnished with queen size beds. Feel free to park in the driveway. We welcome long & short term guests. *No parties or events *No smoking or vaping *No burning of candles *No unregistered guests or pets Thank you for respecting our Home The main level of the home has: *two furnished bedrooms *an office with desk & chair *a full bathroom with double sinks & a bathtub *a living area with sectional sofa & tv *a full kitchen with full size appliances. Some VERY basic dishes and cookware are provided. If you want to prepare a gourmet meal, please bring your own supplies. If you plan to do a lot of cooking, you’ll want to pack your own supplies. *a small fan and space heater are available. The home has a full finished basement and second bathroom for your use. The back yard is fenced and has a barbecue grill. Feel free to use it. The garage is currently used for storage but you may park in the driveway.

Wonderful stay - would highly recommend! The house is very cute, the furniture, very comfy - we felt at home right away. The backyard was great and the location is pretty fantastic - easy to pick up groceries from the store for supper at home or a quick drive to Mass street to spend some quality time w/ the college kiddo you're visiting! Our host went above and beyond - I had a question about the lock (my first time in an air bnb) and she got back to me right away! I also forgotten a bag (of a few important (to me) items. We live about 3.5 hours away. My daughter was able to get the bag and I'm relaxing, happily, knowing that my things are safe and sound. There are not enough good things I can say about our experience - it was a five star stay, without a doubt!
Overall the stay was good! Safe neighborhood, comfortable beds, spacious, worked for our needs since we were out and about except to sleep and eat meals. We appreciate being able to stay here and the host was very friendly and communicated well!
