My boyfriend and I ventured here for a long weekend to celebrate our anniversary together & wow, what an AMAZING place Dannie has & is willing to share with others! It was beautiful and serene, definitely located way out though, so be ready for some curvy roads and stores not being 5 mins away! Dannie also just recently replaced the bed and it was very comfortable, he also stocks the kitchen and other places with some extra goodies for guests to enjoy. The access of kayaks and other water toys, if available, is also something that drew us to Dannie’s. We were able to kayak and really enjoy the lake all weekend. We thought of this was very thoughtful. My boyfriend & I both said we would LOVE to come back! Highly recommend!

Dannie is a very nice and friendly host. He made us feel right at home and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. The place was a wonderful experience and the lake was the perfect fishing spot. Thank you Dannie for hosting. We look forward to visiting again.

The stay was amazing. Very peaceful and private place next to a lake. Service was spotty but not horrible enough to cause concern. I would highly recommend giving yourself enough daylight to navigate the road leading to the location. It’s a curvy road so please drive slow. The host was extremely hospitable. He ensured my stay was as comfortable and pleasant as can be.
