The yard includes a screened porch, a built-in gas grill, an outdoor shower, a heated pool, six loungers, canopy umbrellas, and a dining table. A soothing fountain adds to the ambiance, and a wide range of tropical fruit trees offer fruit in season: mango, jaboticaba, starfruit, two different avocados, cacao, guanabana, coconut, guava, jackfruit, papaya, atemoya, Surinam cherry, key lime, rangpur lime, Meyer lemon, and calamondin.
