Claudia's place was very cute and tastefully decorated. Everything was as stated and Claudia was responsive and friendly. We appreciate the drinks and snacks she left for us and highly recommend staying at her place!

This is a stand-alone casita behind the owner's house. It is a two room/one bath casita that is very well organized with a well-thought layout. The bed was comfortable and bathroom and living room were great. It has everything you need for an enjoyable, peaceful stay. It has a fridge with small freezer, TV and coffee maker with coffee packets provided. Lots of the little things have been thought of when they built this place. Plenty of power outlets and nice, functional furniture. TV tray, chest of drawers etc. The area is in a neighborhood with lots of restaurants and stores once you get to the main street. Medical center is a very short drive away. Perfect place if you need something in the Conroe area, with a very reasonable price point for what you get. Great value. Much more comfortable and safe parking than staying in a hotel. The host, Claudia, is very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend.

Perfect for a short term stay but no washer and dryer and WiFi problems would hamper any longer term stay
