You’ve found it at the Best Place In Town This beautiful home is four bedrooms with three full bath,, each bathroom has a bathtub and shower. The whole house has hot water, but please use with caution. The water can be extremely hot. Also, there is heating and AC throughout the whole house. The front part of the house, i.e. kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom off the kitchen, laundry room, and one bathroom off the living room are all done with the central air and the thermostat is in the kitchen, The other rooms, i.e. living room, bedroom with desk, master bedroom all have split units in each room that will heat and cool the room. And they do an amazing job at that. Each remote is in there designated room. There are 2 washers and dryer’s in this home. One off the master upstairs and one off the kitchen both brand new and work great! Soap and dryer sheet supplied Also no smoking of any kind in the home, there is smoking allowed outside and an ashtray (the turtle) is provided outside on the white table but please clean up your butts and use the ashtray! All of the beds are extremely comfortable, plus there are two twin beds in the room off the kitchen that are extra long for tall folks and the bunkbeds serve well for children or adults on the lower full bed. In the living room, there is one big sofa with two recliners on each side, and two La-Z-Boy recliners that are extremely comfortable A beautiful dining table that seats six and the kitchen that has everything you need to make a great meal for you and your family! The property is fully fenced and you have a nice covered patio area that leads off to an uncovered Astroturf area That makes it great to play all the fun games we have! We are always adding new games to the house. There is plenty of parking at least up to 6 cars and there is parking on the street The house sleeps up to 8 people but there is a blow up mattress just in case you need more room! The house has extra towels and sheets and blankets you can find in them in the dressers in the bedrooms and the extra towels are in the bunk bed room, and we do supply little soap, lotions, shampoo, conditioner toothbrush, toothpaste and towels to take off your make up! We also have two hair blow dryers in the bathrooms. We have it all here at the Best Place In Town and I hope you come and enjoy all it has to offer!
