The entire group will have convenient access to all amenities from this well-situated location. Ideally positioned, it's just a 10-minute drive from both the airport and Downtown SLC. Additionally, the nearest ski resort is only half an hour away, and you'll find various restaurants, a gym, a park, a biking trail, and grocery stores just minutes away. There are two suites on site, each with their own private entrance, with the only shared space being the yard (front yard and back yard). This suite is on the ground level, with three bedrooms, two full bath, a kitchen, dining space, two living room, work space, and come with amenities such as washer dryer, bathroom and kitchen essentials. The yard have outdoor seating and a grill for both suites to enjoy. There is access to the other suite in the basement but it will be locked on both side at all time during your stay.

Nghia was right on top of everything. We arrived about an hour early to check-in time and were willing to wait it out but Nghia was very accommodating and remotely programmed the front door lock with a new combination for us to get in. Kitchen had those incidental supplies that helped us prepare our meals. He had a notebook on the kitchen table with all kinds of info for our use. Oh, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. I always travel with my own pillows but did not need to use them as Nghia's pillows were so comfortable. I would definitely stay again. You will not be disappointed with your stay.
Great place! It’s not easy to find a home with two bathrooms when there is three bedrooms in Utah !! Location was perfect for our needs ! Just as described beautiful home . Thank you we would love to come back 😀
Extremely great host. This house is very well located, friendly neighbors. It was very clean, nice, and well furnished for all your needs. Very responsive to everything needed. Will definitely look forward to host this place again.

Neighborhood is quiet, there are two parks nearby within walking distance. There is easy access to public transportation right outside the neighborhood, with a grocery store, gas station, food trucks and restaurants nearby as well.
Guest can park in the drive way (1 car max toward the side with grass) and street parking is available 24/7 with the exception of winter season
