This cozy sanctuary boasts 2 full bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, a huge gravel driveway that has gated, a fully fenced backyard with a hot tub and SO much more. With lightening fast fiber wifi and two standing desks, there is no better place to work throughout the day and enjoy the backyard after work. I put my heart and soul into this house transforming it from one of the most run down in the area to its current condition. Full bath with a Shower and Tub Kitchen: 1. This is a little bit of a smaller galley kitchen so counterspace is a bit limited but is is still cozy and I tried to maximize the space the best I could. 2. Fully equipped with everything you will need for cooking. Living Room/Hallway: 1. 55in Smart Roku Tv 2. High Top Dining Table with chairs Exterior/ Driveway+ Garage: 1. The garage door size is 7' High and 9' Wide so take this into account if your vehicle will fit 2. The driveway is completely gated with a roll galvanized gate. It does take a little bit of some muscle too move with it being on a gravel driveway but I have tired to make it as smooth as possible 3. The front yard is also fully fenced. 4. The yard and driveway is entirely gravel. There is only the small turf patch. There is no real grass on the property. Backyard: 1. Firepit (BYOW Bring your own wood) 2. HotTub 3. The backyard was a real treat. My husband loved relaxing in the hot tub after exploring 9 mile canyon. It has tons of hang out spots and was spotless. The house is adorable, perfect family room for sitting on the comfortable sofa with everyone. 1G Google Fiber gave excellent speeds for streaming. Kitchen was very clean and easily usable. Wonderful linens and use of washer and dryer was great for us. Has a coffee pot, not a Keurig (just for information). Tried Delice on a recommendation from host, it was amazing! We recommend this home to anyone staying in South Salt Lake!
Incredible place close enough to all the attractions in SLC. Host was very helpful and communicative. I know where I’m staying next time in town.
Very good property and location
It was a return stay for us and does not disappoint. Description and images match the great space perfectly. Host is fabulous! Much care has gone into the remodel of this home. Hot tub is oh so lovely. We will return again.
I highly recommend this place when staying in Salt Lake City! Jeremy’s home is a sanctuary in the concrete jungle. We spent the night here with our dogs after a long drive, the home offered us the R&R we needed before continuing on with our trip the next day. Everything in this house was efficiently designed, with a huge parking spot that accommodated our expedition and trailer. The backyard was a haven for our dogs. And waking up the next morning with Starbucks around the corner was an extra bonus! Jeremy was an excellent host. He was responsive and super helpful even though I was texting him close to midnight. The video instructions during pre-check in was also very helpful. Highly recommended to other guests! And five stars all the way!

I lived in this home for about two years while fixing it up over those years. It is in more of an industrial and commercial location in south salt lake so it is not your typical neighborhood. I like to see this as a sanctuary in the hustle and bustle industrial area, thus the reason for the name :). Those who work in the area will come earlier in the morning for work, get what they need, and go off to their jobs ! They end their day earlier than most with alot of the nearby businesses being trades related. Even with the more of an industrial feel, the house still has other homes surrounding it, is set back from the street, and is fully gated/ fenced. Although the street isn’t particularly busy, during parts of the day you can hear some roofers and plumbers driving by to go get supplies for their jobs. The noise definitely subsides as the day goes on and ultimately at night the house is quite peaceful, with the exception of someone driving to their home in the street or the apartment buildings at the end of the street. With this in mind both bedrooms are equipped with white noise machines to help drown things out. I loved living here and seeing this house undergo the transformation it did and I truly hope you appreciate it as well. Please reach out if you have any questions .
