A light and airy contemporary style holiday home, this semi-detached cottage enjoys a fantastic location in the rural town of Holt. The rooms are spacious and light-filled with everything provided to help visitors to enjoy their stay, from a Smart TV in the lounge to a dishwasher in the kitchen, ensuring that precious holiday time isn’t taken up with household chores. All three bedrooms are flexible spaces which can be set up as either super-king-size or twin rooms on request, making this a great property for families or groups of friends. Situated in the Georgian town of Holt, this property enjoys a much sought-after location in one of Norfolk’s best-loved towns. Within a few hundred metres of the property the town centre offers an excellent selection of shops and places to eat clustered around the beautiful architecture of the town’s squares and quaint streets, making it easy for guests to stock up on supplies or to pop out for lunch, dinner, or even just drinks. Younger guests will be pleased to find that there is also a children’s playground just 200 metres from the property’s front door. The countryside surrounding Holt is dotted with peaceful villages, many offering characterful village pubs and pretty, historic churches. The North Norfolk coast, meanwhile, is just 3.5 miles away, with a choice of secluded beaches to be found in the villages of Cley-next-the-Sea (5 miles) and Weybourne (4 miles). For larger beaches, head to the sands of either Wells-next-the-Sea (12 miles) or the vibrant resort of Cromer (11 miles) where visitors can sample locally-caught crab in one of the town’s numerous independent restaurants. House Rules Additional information and rules 1 dog allowed per booking - 3 bedrooms – 2 rooms with super-king-size zip-and-link beds which can be made up as twin rooms on request, 1 twin room bedroom - 1 bathroom with bath, shower and WC - Washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge/freezer - Parking for 2 cara - Wi-Fi included - Iron and Ironing board - Hairdryer - The highchair and travel cot are available on request - Children playground a 2 minute walk from the property - At the rear of the property there is permanently fixed Sheffield cycle stand, the stand can accommodate up to 2 bike. The design of the stand enables front and rear wheels and cycle frames to be properly secure. The area is easily accessible, well lit and overlooked from the kitchen window - The owner will only accept 3 or 7 night bookings from a Friday changeover any other length of stay needs to be confirmed with them at the time of booking - The Post office needs access through the road for early hour deliveries,the post office is located behind the property Host Terms & Conditions The Travel Chapter Limited, trading as “holidaycottages·co·uk”, acts as agent for the property owner.
