We aim to provide a peaceful escape for traveling families, offering a central location 10min from the beach & 20min from downtown. Where coastal ease meets urban vibe This 2bd / 1ba unit will comfortably house 4 people, but can sleep up to 6 people. The master bedroom has a plush king bed to snooze on, and the secondary bedroom is equipped with a twin daybed that converts into a king size bed if you need the extra sleeping space. The sofa in the living room also converts into a queen size sleeper for additional bed space. This small place is the perfect fit for traveling friends and families who need a quiet place to unwind after a long day at the beach or exploring downtown. Relax and play some games, have a barbecue, or watch movies and lounge around in this beautifully designed functional space.

I really enjoyed Kate’s home. Area was quiet and peaceful. The home was definitely kept up. Just what we needed for a peaceful weekend from home.
Very peaceful, everything you need is close by(stores,food,beach.etc..) Felt right at home. I would definitely go again!
10/10! Katie was an amazing host and was very accommodating. She allowed an early check in for my birthday trip and there was everything we needed! There’s towels for the pool/beach provided, extra toiletries, and more than enough space. The home is beautiful!! I would definitely stay here again. Great find!
The place was exactly like the pictures. The home was beautifully decorated. The area was very quiet, no issues. I would recommend booking a stay.
We had a great time in the St Petersburg area and it was made even better by having a very nice and comfortable place to stay. The house was so much better than a hotel room as we could comfortably spread out. The kitchen was awesome and we made breakfast everyday. Our kids really liked the multi-colored led light in the bathroom! I would definitely book this property or another one by this host, Katie, for future trips to the Tampa area!
