The apartment was really cute. They did an excellent job utilizing space and it's very well decorated. It is not in the best area of St Pete but that's a large part of St Pete. (I must've got listings confused bc I thought it stated Gulfport, FL). Florida is known for palmetto bugs and when my son went into second bedroom to get in bed, he pulled back the throw cover and started screaming like a girl 😂. There was a palmetto bug in the bed. There were NO other bugs in the house and in no way a representation of the home. We just cracked up about it. It's a Florida thing and we understand that. The ONLY complaint we had is the coffee. As devout coffee drinkers, we woke up to decaf only. That part sucked but a store was in close proximity. My husband wasn't thrilled about that part. Even so, we would stay again. We took pics when we left to show we left the home in the exact condition as when we arrived.

Katie was super helpful and friendly, her place is clean, and super cute, my dad enjoyed hearing music with there Alexa system.

My family and I had a great stay at Katie’s place. We loved how close the beaches were and how close we were to stores and shopping centers. Now let’s talk about the place, the pictures do no justice. The place was very clean and the whole decor was beautiful. Katie provided beach chairs for all four of us and also beach towels. We felt right at home while being on vacation. I can’t recommend this place enough. We will definitely be back.

Katie’s place is a cozy little gem, that is so tranquil and serene. The decor is simple yet classy, no clutter and the place has all the amenities you would need. I cooked while I was there daily and had everything I needed at my finger tips. The backyard space is very nice and makes it easy to relax after a long day. Katie was very responsive to all my questions and gave me some amazing suggestions about places to go. I would definitely rebook on my next trip to St. Pete.
