Centrally located split-level flat over two floors, three double bedrooms, three fabulous bathrooms, living space and private south facing roof terrace. Less than 10 minutes walk to Clapham South Zone 2 on the Northern Line and 15 minutes into vibrant Balham. A beautiful living room, contemporary integrated eat-in kitchen and three double bedrooms, two with en-suite. The master has access to a south facing roof terrace. Clapham and Tooting Commons are very close by as is Abbeville Village. Three good sized double bedrooms, two with en suites. The master has a free standing bath with roof light so you can relax under the stars!

We had a great stay at Rebecca’s place, it is in a great location between Balham and Clapham and is very spacious and tidy. Communication and information was excellent.
Ideal place to stay for a trip to London!
Beautiful property in a brilliant area, so many places to eat/drink and easy access to tubes and buses. Rebecca was really helpful and responsive when we arrived and made our stay really good.

Great place to stay when visiting London, lots of nice places to eat and drink local and very easy commute options to central London.

Property is close to a number of great bars and restaurants. You can find anything from sushi, Mexican or Italian. Also close, great pubs such as The Avalon, Devonshire or Bedford.
Hildrith Street is a short walk with delicious brunch spots and the famous Milk which is a must visit!
Several supermarkets close by including M&S, Waitrose and Sainsburys.
Abbeville village is a 5 minute walk if you fancy a more intimate dinner in a delicious bistro, trip to the butchers or upmarket nail salon.
Clapham South is a 8 minute walk which is Zone 2 on the Northern Line. There are several bus routes at the end of the road taking you into Balham, Tooting or Brixton. Balham also has an overground which is a 15 minute walk.
