The apartment was bright, spacious and located in a quiet area. Our only disappointment was the level of cleaning, it seemed as if the apartment had not been vacuumed at all. There was a little trash and dust on the floors. I reported it immediately, but the matter was not fixed during our four-day stay. We swept the floors ourselves.

This was perfect for us (a family of 4, kids aged 7 and 8). Max 10 mins from tube, 2 mins from Clapham Common, lots of restaurants, bars, cafes and places to get groceries within 5 mins walk. Lovely area, felt very safe, lots of families around and young professionals. Very clean, modern, good quality appliances, and generally a property done to a high standard, good internet, everything working and excellent communication with property management company. I did think there was a lack of cutlery but found it all in a smaller drawer of the dishwasher (that was referred to in the instructions but I missed it!) on the last morning! The booking confirmation message I received concerned me a bit because it mentioned the property may have wear and tear eg stains on carpets, and provide a few warnings about noise for example. I hoped this was a standard message and having stated at the property I think it must be, as there was no need for any concern. Definitely recommend.

Our family had a lovely stay at this place in Clapham. Easy access to public transport to get into the city. Comfortable clean and large rooms. Thank you!

Before you check in ask if they have connection and WiFi. In the beginning of our stay we asked to help sort out the WiFi. Sadly it wasn’t sorted during the 2 weeks of our stay.

This was my second stay at this place and just like last time it was very clean and welcoming. Internet was unfortunately not working for an unknown reason. The management agency tried to communicate with the owner and wifi provider but the matter was not fixed while we were there which meant to evening tv entertainment. The management agency offered to pay for any phone internet adds on we will use during that time. We didn’t purchase any internet packages however but I appreciate the offer. The management agency is very responsive and the place is very clean and modern with a large rear terrace overlooking internal gardens.
