The cottage sleeps 8 and has everything you could need for a day at the beach (towels, umbrella, etc.) as well as a Huntington Beach SP access pass (saves $30 a day for a family of 5). 5 min. to Brook Green Gardens and amazing local dining. 20 min to Myrtle Beach and the airport! 3 Bedrooms include: Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, second bedroom with queen size bed, and a double bunk room. There's also a second bathroom with tub/shower. The kitchen is fully updated and includes any appliances you might need (instapot, coffee maker, air fryer, etc.). The main living space includes a roku smart tv, comfy couches, dinette, and counter seating. The dining room table also seats up to 8 comfortably. The fully enclosed sunny backporch hammock is perfect for taking an afternoon nap, the front porch is great for your morning coffee, and the fully fenced patio boasts a brand new fit pit and grill. Sandy beach toes? Feel free to rinse off in our outdoor shower! The game room in the back of the house is packed with board games, puzzles and toys. Want to move the game outside? Try your hand at horseshoes in the back yard. Traveling with kids? No problem! Packnplay, highchair, outlet- covers and kid's dishes provided upon request.
