All was good. Check in was 3, but we arrived closer to 5 and they were just finishing up. Said it was because the cleaner was down a person. WiFi didn’t work because the router was messed up. Ariel delivered a new one but we could never find the WiFi router name and there was no information given to us about a change of router name or password. It was nice to have a few waters in the fridge upon our arrival. Overall, place was well kept, recently remodeled and fit our team nicely. Would do it again.

Very nice home, conveniently located. Host was responsive to questions one day prior to check in but not when we were having trouble getting into the home. Check in instructions were clear but incomplete - code was never sent and we had to wait 30+ minutes (5+ hours after the official check in time) for a response despite multiple messages, direct calls, direct texts, and contacting air bnb support. After all that, we discovered not all dishes/silverware were clean, there was no dish sponge in the kitchen, and only one bar of bath soap across 3 full bathrooms for 10 confirmed guests. When messaged about the soap, she did respond, but 9 hours later and dropped off soap after we had all already showered. Aside from those issues, the home matched the listing and was otherwise comfortable and well-appointed.

Beautiful place and host was very responsive!
