The ground floor also offers a fresh and fully equipped kitchen/diner leading through to the delightful conservatory. Exploring the ground floor further, there’s a useful boot room with underfloor heating and a shower room, leading to a games room with a Smart TV, PS4 and arcade games machine. This room can also accommodate two extra guests in a king-size bed or twin beds. Finally, the cosy study has a handy sofa bed. Going upstairs you will find five charming bedrooms: the first is a pretty super-king-size room which features a Juliet balcony and a chic en-suite bathroom; there’s also a lovely king-size room, a second en-suite super-king-size room and two children’s rooms each with bunk beds and an additional single bed. The accommodation is rounded off with an invigorating family bathroom.
