Close to the picturesque village of West Bexington and ideally situated within half a mile of the beach, this light-filled reverse-level retreat is a wonderful base for keen walkers, cyclists, beach lovers and nature spotters exploring the region’s stunning coastline and breathtaking countryside. Stepping into this light and cheerful hideaway the welcoming entrance leads through to a spacious twin bedroom which can be made up as a super-king-size room on request. The ground floor also has a Jack and Jill shower room and a handy utility room. Heading upstairs, the first floor offers a large and airy open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with stunning panoramic sea views. This beautifully updated space has been tastefully furnished, and features wooden beams set in the high vaulted ceilings. The cosy lounge has ample seating so you can snuggle in front of the wood burner and watch a movie on the Smart TV. The central dining area is ideal for enjoying celebrations and special meals which you can prepare in the sleek and elegantly arranged country-style kitchen. French doors open out onto an impressive balcony running the width of the property with plenty of outdoor furniture and tranquil sea views. The three final bedrooms are also on the first floor: a cheery double and a pair of twin rooms, one of which can be made up as a super-king-size and the other as a king-size room on request. Two of the rooms lead out onto the sweeping front balcony, while the final bedroom has an en-suite shower room and leads out onto the patio behind the property.
