Les plus : plusieurs restaurants et market à proximité juste à pieds ainsi que la promenade à la corniche. La place de parking est un plus surtout Dana ce quartier ou les places partent vite. Un axe d'amélioration: des rideaux occulants ou des stores dans les chambres à coucher, en effet avec la lumière du levé du soleil, il est impossible de dormir au dela de 5h du matin.
