The high-end furnishings are not only visually stunning but also extremely comfortable. The couch converts into a queen-sized sleeper equipped with a plush Tempurpedic foam mattress. If you enjoy stargazing, don't forget to pack your telescope and camera. On clear nights, the galaxy presents itself in spectacular fashion! ♦︎ The kitchen • area is a chef's dream, featuring a huge quartz kitchen island, fully equipped with modern appliances, and a dining table that comfortably seats eight. The kitchen island accommodates five more guests. Imagine cooking meals with your friends and family around the large kitchen area, enjoying the beautiful views and scenery. Oh, those memories you'll make! ♦︎ Primary bedroom 1 • Is located to the right of the kitchen. This bedroom is furnished with a comfortable king bed, luxurious linens, a chest of drawers, side tables, and a 55" TV. This bedroom also has a sliding glass door that goes out to the deck and gives you amazing views right from the bed! This bedroom has a large ensuite bathroom complete with a shower and bathtub, as well as a large closet. ♦︎ Bedroom 2 • can be found on the opposite end of the house. The second primary bedroom is furnished with a comfortable king bed, luxurious linens, side tables, a chest of drawers, and a 55" TV. This bedroom has a large closet and an expansive window that gives you amazing views right from the bed! The bedroom has a large ensuite bathroom complete with a shower and double vanity. ♦︎ Bedroom 3 • has 2 built-in queen beds with luxurious linens and a 55" TV, as well as a sofa that folds out into a full-sized sleeper. This room is a great place for kids, young and old, to hang out and play video games or board games. This room also has a retro Arcade game, Nintendo Switch and Wii, as well as HDMI chord-free if the kids (or adults!) in your group want to bring their own gaming systems and connect. The beds are large and comfortable for adults to use this room as well! ♦︎ A full-size washer and dryer will allow you to do your laundry while at the cabin, so you don't have to overpack to enjoy your stay! ♦︎ Expansive deck with breathtaking mountain view's • where you'll find a seating area in front of a fireplace where you can sit and watch your favorite team on the big-screen TV. Four large club chairs invite you to savor your morning coffee or enjoy a glass of wine while watching the sunrise or sunset over the mountains. The large outdoor table comfortably seats 8-10 and has a convenient propane grill for delightful cookouts. For moments of relaxation and rejuvenation, a covered hot tub awaits you, allowing you to soak in the scenic beauty regardless of the weather. On the far side of the cabin, you'll discover a charming fire pit area, perfect for gathering around, roasting s'mores, and creating cherished memories with your loved ones. ◆ Oh my-That Amazing Views !!! ◆ Perched high on a cliff, the stunning cabin boasts the best view in all of Broken Bow, offering a picturesque setting with stunning sunsets, clear skies, and the occasional rainstorm to be admired from your mountain retreat. The abundance of floor-to-ceiling windows ensures that the breathtaking views are never far away, whether you're indoors or outdoors. We ensured that every room in the house has a view. ♦︎ Boat Slip - The cabin is approximately an 8-15 min drive from Broken Bow Lake, where you can locate a public shared boat slip. ♦︎ Gym - The public gym is located in Hochatown, located 15 minutes drive from the cabin. Open Every Day from 6 am to late. (daily pass available) ♦︎ Lake, river, water body - The cabin sits just 15-20 minutes north of Hochatown, serving as the main gateway to the Beavers Bend area and the lake. Whether you're bringing your own boat or looking to rent one from the marina, you'll have plenty of options to enjoy the water. ★Please note that the driveway is steep; however, it is easily accessible for any standard car. We advise against driving a trailer uphill to the cabin's main parking. The cabin parking area accommodates approximately 3-4 cars comfortably. We do have extra parking space at the bottom of the hill if you come with a trailer; just be aware it's a hike about 100ft up the 25 degrees concrete driveway.★ ◆ Property Policies ◆ Maximum Occupancy: 10, Exceeding the maximum occupancy results in additional charges and/or eviction without refund. (We will allow 2 small children in addition to the 10 max to sleep on the convertible sofa in the bunkroom.) For the safety of our guests, we have installed exterior cameras; one is above the main entrance, facing the driveway, and the second is facing the back doors cabin entrance. They are 24/7 motion activated and record video and sound. We do not permit the following at any time: No Pets, No Smoking or Vaping of any kind, No Fireworks Permitted, No Parties! Must be 25 to rent and person booking must be present at the property during the entirety of the stay. Keep in mind that Broken Bow/Hochatown is a rural area, and while our cabins are wired for fast Internet, outages can and do occasionally occur. We cannot guarantee your Internet service. A starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dishwashing liquid, trash bags, dishwasher tablets, laundry soap, coffee, coffee filters, and salt & pepper will be provided for your stay. All cabins have fully equipped kitchens, washers/dryers, towels, and linens. Propane is provided for gas grills. Please clean the grill tray after use to prevent flare-ups. We drain and sanitize our hot tubs after every check-out. The fireplace will not be operational from April 1 to October 1. You will be required to sign a rental agreement. A $300 security deposit will be held on your card during your stay and released 2 days after your departure pending no damages or missing items. This will be collected via an Airbnb-approved third-party software. Furniture and decor are subject to change without notice. Please note that this is a forested area and there are times when the Oklahoma Forestry Service enforces a burning ban in the area. Fines can be upwards of $1000. Please check online for the current burn ban status before using the outdoor firepit.
