Nice place- clean with extras—- like extra toilet paper, paper towels, coffees, spices, waters, coupons, trash bags, shampoo/ soaps, fire pit and chairs, plenty of towels and blankets. Very close to Morehead campus, hospital, and local restaurants. Easy parking. There is a flight of stairs into the apt
