It has been completely renovated and decorated and can accommodate up to 3 people (an extra foldable bed is available for the third traveler, we recommend it for a maximum weight of 70 kg). In the accommodation, you will find: - Free high-speed WiFi connection. - A kitchen, with a dining table, fully equipped (induction hob, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, and all necessary utensils). - A lovely living room with a double sofa and Smart-TV with access to NETFLIX. - A large bright bedroom, with a double bed of L140 and a desk/vanity. - A dressing space, with shelves, rods, and hangers for you to store your personal belongings and luggage. - A bathroom, with a shower, hairdryer, vanity unit, and toilet. A welcome kit consisting of coffee capsules, herbal teas, and teas, as well as all toiletries (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner), will be available upon your arrival. Also provided are: Bed linen and towels Iron and ironing board. The apartment is not equipped with washing machine. However, two laundries are located in the street just a few meters from the apartment. A cot with mattress is present in the apartment. The bed linen is not provided. Breakfast is not included in the reservation, but you will find several bars and bakeries in the surrounding streets. Before your arrival, you will receive a welcome guide with all the information regarding your arrival and your stay in the apartment. Not sure of your arrival time? No problem, our self-check-in service will allow you to access the apartment independently. Arrive whenever you want, you are at home! For secure parking, we recommend going to the Parking du Palais de Justice, which is 550 meters from the accommodation. Some paid parking spaces are also available on the street where the apartment is located. LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: Noise should be limited between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. No festive events will be tolerated in the accommodation. In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the possibility of immediately terminating the rental contract and activating the AIRBNB guarantee in case of damages.
