The cottage has been simply and elegantly refurbished, very clean and tidy. Kitchen is well appointed, all necessary utensils and utilities for self-catering, bathroom is very clean and tidy and the shower was excellent. There are two toilets as well, which is always a boon when travelling with a larger group. Three bedrooms, two double beds and one room with two single beds, very comfortable, although no hanging space or clothing drawers. Location is ideal, just a few metres walk up the main street to access several good restaurants and the centre of town. Off street parking provides good close access for unloading luggage. Altogether a lovely place to stay in the heart of Coromandel township.

Great place, newly renovated to a really high standard, great cosy living room with sofa big enough for everyone and all comfy beds with plenty of space. Really lovely place and would definitely recommend staying here

Tasteful restoration of this miner's cottage, with modern additions while retaining the character of the original building. Very comfortable, neat and tidy. The games room an added bonus. Restaurants in easy walking distance, and a visit to the Driving Range Railway a must.
