This home has a lot of potential. Pros: responsive host, spacious, nice views, natural light, remodeled kitchen and baths, soaps and coffee provided. Cons: this is a two story home in which the bottom floor has been locked off and rented as a separate unit. This is not stated in the description. When we arrived the downstairs guest had left two dogs unattended. When I told the host there were dogs behind a locked door inside the house, he explained that there is another unit downstairs and minimized it as normal dog behavior. After 45 mins of listening to the dogs non-stop barking, we left to get dinner. When we returned the barking and whining resumed and I contacted the host again, so he reached out to the other guest who returned and calmed their dogs. We had no idea we would be sharing the space with another guest. This was unsettling and disappointing to discover upon arrival. Also, master room bed and the sofas were not comfortable and need to be upgraded.

the whole experience in staying in your house is very satisfactory. very nice house, good location , and the house is very spacious that why we’re very satisfied & relaxed. Over all is very satisfying , a very spacious, clean , complete kitchen wares & utensils , extra beddings, comforters , pillows and toiletries. very relaxing ambiance and peaceful Surroundings.

Lovely stay for all of us, near to park and very convenient for our celebrations in the city. So nice to come home to a house where we could relax and cook for ourselves. Requested some cooking items and was happy to say they were delivered straight away. Many thanks again would definitely recommend to anyone staying in the SF area.

We reserved this house as a group of seven friends vacationing in California. We checked in late and left early so we weren’t there long but it worked out very well for us. The neighborhood felt safe. We enjoyed our stay!
