Big apartment, 115 m2, with lot of sunlight, a lovely balcony which can be accessed through a spacious living room. 2 bathrooms (1 shower, 1 bath tub, 2 WC). A big separated kitchen with a big fridge, an oven, microwave and various shared equipments for those who like to cook ! Calm and secure area close to everything (stores, mall, all kinds of transportation means, sport gym, big green park, river etc.) We can even see a hot hair balloon from the apartment window. The balloon is located in the park André Citroën near the apartment and is accessible to have a beautiful view of Paris !
