Everything was great,expect the trash pick up. But everytime i reached out to global vacations about it they had it taken care of right away. We was a family of 11 , the kids enjoyed themselves

Unfortunately, there were some issues with the water in the pool/hot tub. It turns out that the water was contaminated, and several of us in our group that were in the pool/hot tub developed a rash known as Hot tub folliculitis. During our stay we did not know what was happening to us as the doctors said the rash and fevers develop 2-3 days after being in contact with the bacteria filled water. We were diagnosed by 3 different doctors. The host became very defensive when I reached out to let them know, she sent me photos of their pool being serviced on the 11th BUT we did not check in until the 14th. keep in mind this home is advertised to accommodate up to 28 people and there was guest leaving the same day we arrived. That's a lot of people for a home size pool not be cleaned after each guest, especially the hot tub. After reviewing their property management company and reading reviews this is not the first time this has occurred to someone.Just a heads up in case you consider booking

House is beautiful in pictures, but more stunning in person. It’s HUGE. It fit all of us perfectly, the character rooms are just incredibly well designed I felt like I was in real life SpongeBob/Mario world. Zero complaints and very satisfied with the stay.

House is spacious and welcoming with a very beautiful interior. Every room had a different decor and theme. I think it was our best experience staying here. Although we were so many of us it did not feel congested at all. Kitchen was also fully equipped with everything we needed and more. The only issue, albeit small, was the pool was so cold and to have hot water added it would have taken 72 hours. So if you are going in mild weather ensure you let them know!!
