"Stayed at this cozy studio apartment in Arrey Colony and had a pleasant experience overall. The host was excellent, ensuring all amenities were in place, including a functional kitchen and access to OTT subscriptions for entertainment. Their responsiveness and diligence were commendable. The only downside was the road leading to Royal Palm Estate, which was in poor condition, potentially impacting convenience. However, if you're seeking a peaceful retreat with great amenities, this place is worth considering."
I love this place❤️❤️ ...now this place is on my priority list ..I will definitely visit again. Beautiful views , super clean room, great interior specially ambience lightings and Alexa speaker will change your mood ... don't expect swiggy or Zomato, but you can order food from nearby restaurants, my recommendation is order from Anumati restaurant. Host is very friendly and responsive. if u need a break from the hactic city life...u can definitely visit here.
Very nice place everything was so great. The house is small and sweet and perfect for couples. It has a very great scenic beauty as well.
Been there to another airbnb in the same building couple of months back. Not being biased but didn't felt it is it rightly priced. Pros: Host was responsive. clean apartment Cons :The size of the apartment is little smaller. enough but smaller. The road to the apartment is in pathetic conditions. So be ready for a bumpy ride. The AC is quiteold and makes noises. and even I put it in the very low temp, I was still feeling heat in the room. Limited swiggy/zomato delivery after 6.00 Tough to get cab. Overall I felt the price has to go down a bit considering I had a very different experience with lessermoney in bigger apartment in same building.

There is three good restaurants and all the essential are available in the shopping centre which is 100mtrs away. The presence of green spaces, lakes and mountains enhances the charm of this palce. You can enjoy a walk inside Royal Palms or aarey forest area too. Also there is a vihar Lake and Powai lake in vicinity.
And film City ia just 1.5km. Western express Highway, Oberoi Mall, Aarey Metro Station, Goregaon Station, Nesco Exhibition centre, Hiranandani Powai and IIT is just 4km away from the building. it's a very safe, serene and close to nature kind of property which is rare in Mumbai
Surrounded by greenery, mountains and a lake makes this house a very unique experience to live in the city like Mumbai.
parking is also available outside the building premises and it's completely safe.
