The property is located in the green belt of Mumbai which is aarey so you might find this bit secluded but this place completely safe and everything is within the range of 4-5 km like airport,Western Express Highway, Goregaon station, aarey metro station,Oberoi mall and Powai Hiranandani. The only problem these days is bad roads, due to heavy rains roads are broken and we are waiting for government to repair it. And one local bus is also available from main gate of estate which is 200 meters down, to reach highway, metro station and Goregaon station. Despite the tranquility and natural surroundings, a studio apartment in Mumbai is conveniently located near urban amenities. There are 3-4 good restaurants and they deliver at home also. Zomato also works and domino’s is also there. On demand house keeping can also provide you home cooked food in tiffin but she should be informed in advance so she can prepare the food. Groceries and other daily essentials like shampoo , milk , bread vegetables are available in the shopping center which 100 meter down to the building and you can also order all essentials at home ,other essential services are in reach, making it a well-balanced living option.
