The initial contact with BLUO Stays was generic response’s which was slightly unhelpful because we were coming from the UK for our first stay in Hyderabad, India. However, the staff at the apartment were very helpful & polite. If you require a reasonable priced 2 bed apartment near hi-tech city Hyderabad, it was fine.
