We unfortunately had issues with the stay, but I want to caveat that, should our problems not have happened the place would have been good, new build, modern, clean, and nice. I hadnt received the code and checkin info from Tim &had to message around 2 in the afternoon on check in day. We arrived at just before 11pm. We did have a bit of trouble finding the place, partly my fault, the address just said 13____st, and there was no unit #, we tried to get into the 1st unit, & the code wasn’t working, Msged Tim and he got back to us right away, it was Unit 5, which I later found in a different part of the booking. Once we got in, we realized the place hadn’t been cleaned. All the dirty linens from the last guest were piled in the bathroom and the main bed had no sheets available, we scrounged a bunch of misfit pieces (mainly duvet covers) to make it work for the night. There were no clean towels, no one could shower. Tim was responsive, apologetic and we worked out an agreeable discount.

We really liked this place and wish we could’ve stayed longer. It was simple to get in with a code and the apartment was big, cozy and very fresh. Would recommend it!!
