Had a great stay! Everything is exactly as listed. We especially loved the master bath, games and outdoor space. Interesting location on the east side of town, very peaceful and short drive to everywhere. Gabriel was super responsive and offered us free early check in and late check out. One thing to note is that this is Gabriel and his family’s home, not a full time rental. So if you are the kind of guest that likes to party and tear up a space, then this is not for you. There was instructions everywhere which was very helpful, and it is stocked with everything you could want. If you want a homey stay with all the amenities you need for your family then this is your spot!

Every part of this home is thoughtfully designed and beautifully decorated. Gabriel was always helpful and responsive. Location is peaceful and close to stunning beaches. Unique property.

Our family had such an amazing stay! It was the perfect space for our kids, especially the backyard and trampoline. Gabriel was also an excellent host- super helpful, friendly, and great communication! We would definitely stay again!

My family has stayed at six or seven rentals in Santa Cruz, and this might have been our favorite. The place was clean and had everything we needed. Gabriel is a great host -- the kitchen was well-stocked, the outdoor space is lovely, the hot tub is wonderful. Location in mid-town is a bit off the beaten path from the city attractions, but Soquel Ave has plenty to offer, and downtown is just 10-12 mins away. The house itself is on a very quiet street. Gabriel was an excellent host. The home has instructions for everything, and he was always reachable for questions. One thing to note is that in exchange for a low cleaning fee, the checkout / cleanup requirements are more onerous than most. But Gabriel also offers to take care of that for a fee if you don't want to put away the dishes, and collect and take out the trash. Overall, our family of four + our dog had a terrific stay.

I absolutely loved Gabriel‘s home. It was extremely clean and well organized. I can’t wait to visit again sometime in the near future. The surroundings are extremely beautiful in the backyard and front yard. The home is very cozy.
