The Sunrise Suite was bright and spacious, very well appointed, with lovely furnishings and really comfortable bed. Coreen and Ariel were welcoming, friendly, and respectful of privacy. My stay was perfect and I would definitely stay here again.
Great spot for all kinds of reasons! Place was new, clean, and close to downtown Guelph. Felt like home and Coreen is a very responsive host. I'd recommend this place to anyone!

My husband and I stayed at Coreen's for two days in March. Her place was immaculate and the view from the living room windows was very nice. I would definitely stay at Coreen's again when we travel to Guelph.
