Alison & Kerry’s place was perfect for my son and I while we were in Guelph for a weekend long soccer tournament. It was cozy with comfortable living room furniture and beds. It was very quiet and we rested and slept peacefully while not at the soccer pitch. The kitchen was very well equipped and the complimentary coffee, cream and breakfast items were very much appreciated. I would return and recommend without hesitation.

This place is way bigger than the photos make it appear to be. Finding a place with 2 bedrooms and a full kitchen is rare. The soaker tub was amazing. The space was super clean. Quiet neighbourhood. Definitely would stay here again!

A wonderful place to stay with so many thoughtful touches. Wonderful breakfast supplies and the biggest bathtub I've ever seen!

Lovely property, really well equipped and the biggest bath I've ever seen! Extremely generous welcome pack of breakfast things too. Alison and Kerry were very responsive and accommodating to our early arrival and very early departure. The property is handily located for the university. A really good stay, thank you
