Rest and relax; entertain and enjoy. Parking for up to four cars, two on the driveway and two in the private garage. Your personal code opens the front door. Or, enter directly from the garage into your mud room, kitchen, dining room, living room and work space. Beyond, are 3 massive bedrooms with 5 total beds. There are extra linens and fresh towels for everyone. There are two full baths. There is a walk-in shower ensuite for the master bedroom. Down the hall is a separate main bathroom with a tub. Outside is Hooper Street Park on the Royal Recreation Trail at the banks of the Speed river.

Natalie’s place was perfect for our family’s trip to Guelph. It had lots of space for us to visit and had the feel of home away from home.
Natalie was very responsive and polite to deal with. We enjoyed our stay and loved the close proximity to the park and Greenspace. House offered lots of space and was very clean.
Natalie is a wonderful host! She was always friendly and answered all our questions very quickly. The house had many beds & rooms so it worked well with a lot of girls. Thank you for a lovely stay :)

The place suited our family very well. It was a great location and lots of space for all of us. 2.5 baths is always a plus with a bigger group! Really happy to bring our dog with us and there is a park to the river right across the street. Very responsive host and accommodated us for a few things. A few Christmas decorations was a nice touch when there over the holidays. We would stay here again when back in the Guelph area.
