Great place, close to U of G. worked well for our training courses.
Very spacious for a group of 6. Everything needed was there, including great coffee. We thoroughly enjoyed the space as a group of mother and daughter adults. We were unable to utilize the outdoor space due to weather, but looked inviting. Kim was very responsive, even prior to booking and she made some great recommendations.
Kim’s place was fantastic. We had an amazing stay and would suggest it for anyone staying in the Guelph area!

I love everything about hosting. I was previously a milliner (a hat maker) and I had my own business making ladies custom hats. You will find that I have decorated with a rather creative touch and I have used many of my tools and antiques for display. I am an excellent communicator. Should you have any questions I usual respond quite quickly. My goal is that my guests feel very comfortable, at home and happy in house.
