Worked great for us. We had 2 couples in here. The 3 Bedrooms were as described - 2 with queens, one with a twin. The other “extra” twin is a pull out cot style located on lower level. Also large couch on lower level. 2 full baths plus a powder room. Kitchen was clean and well supplied. Excellent instructions for everything. Alexandre was very responsive from time of booking, I changed departure date twice!, and through our stay. Highly recommend.

We had an excellent stay here for a family wedding! The multiple bathrooms was really useful for everyone getting ready for an event simultaneously. The house was spotless and had lots of room to spread out as a family. The host kinda left a meat & cheese plate in the fridge which was much appreciated after a travel day. I would love to stay here again when visiting family in the area :)

Alexandre's home in Guelph is fantastic. The neighbourhood is peaceful and safe, the property was spotless and well-equipped, and the entire home was filled with premium products, thoughtful touches, and comfortable amenities. Alexandre welcomed us with a cheese platter and charcuterie, bottle of wine, and some fresh organic fruit. Very thoughtful. The home is very comfortable and uses smart systems that provide precision comfort. All in all, this was one of the very best Airbnb properties I have ever stayed in. I would highly recommend it and would definitely stay there again.
