The house is in a suburb of Guelph. It is extremely clean. Was just like the pictures. Simply furnished but fitted our needs. We were able to have our children visit for dinner, with enough room in the living room and then relax after. The weather was too cold to use the patio or bbq. He has upgraded the faucets in all the bathrooms and new hardwood floors upstairs.

This was a wonderful size home for our needs. Very easy to find and was in a great location with friendly neighbours. House was simple but had everything needed. Host was very helpful and polite when I accidentally forgot something in the home. Would definitely stay again!

Very clean home that had all the basic necessities. Nice back deck and bbq which would have been nice in warm weather to use ( we came in December). Comfortable beds
