This is a lovely apartment in one of the decent neighborhoods in Bogota. Unfortunately I encountered a multitude of issues starting with requesting an early check-in, getting a confirmation and then ending up in front of the building to find out it was not organized at all. The host requested an extra payment although it was obviously their mistake and I declined. Took them a couple of hours to find the keys, accidentally locked me out in the building but managed to unlock the doors remotely. Later turned out the coffee maker was cracked and the electric kettle didn't work which were minor issues. However they never address these and in a few days the hot water gas heater also broke down. They organized a technician visit but couldn't fix it in two days. Offered to relocate me which was great but then again I experienced lack of punctuality and delay of the check-in, missing table which I needed for work, a lot of promises and zero results for a couple days. Finally had to leave.

Great apartment with plenty of light and amazing view. The apartment has everything that is usually needed. The neighbourhood is peaceful, safe and full of parks. Santiago was very helpful and responsive.
