Generally clean, tidy and newly refurbished property, if a good standard. Booked for 7 but only supplied bedding for 6. However Owner did kindly offer to deliver more bedding when brought to attention

The place was excellent and the location was extremely convenient. The condo was clean and well maintained. Other than the bathroom, the rooms were all spacious. The location is within walking distance to tons of shops and restaurants. Everything is good, but very unfortunately the communication from the host made this a not so great experience. The host’s response time was over an hour. Worse than that, they would respond with one message, and then I would have to wait another hour for the next reply! Madness. The host apologized about his team not doing a good job. But the communication never got better even after that. The result was that my family and I stood in the cold for more than 2 hours to figure out where the place was and check in. I would happily give this an overall 5 stars, but the lack of communication from the host makes this a 3 star experience. Just a prompt response would have been sufficient. A shame really.
