Have relaxing fun at this quiet country cottage. This brand new place is on 10 acres, and we, the hosts (former host of Rendezvous at 862), live on site in a separate home about 150 feet away. You'll enjoy quiet surroundings with big skies and beautiful mountain views all around from your private deck. We're located only eight miles north of Williams and about 1 point 5 miles off the highway to the Grand Canyon, all on paved road, and just a 45 minute drive to the South Gate to the Canyon. Our Guest House is newly built this year and is located one and a half miles down a quiet paved Country Road from Highway 64, the road to the Grand Canyon. The guest house is situated in one corner of our fully fenced 10 acres. Off your private deck, you will have fantastic sunrises and a clear view of several mountains. The house is two bedrooms and one bath with a full kitchen and a spacious living room. No cleaning or pet fees!

Michelle’s place was perfect! We stayed for two nights to celebrate my birthday. We hiked in the Grand Canyon, had dinner in Williams, and watched the sunsets and sunrises from the patio. The home is cozy, warm, and has everything you need. There are thoughtful touches that make you feel cared about. We had our one year old with us and she had a great time too! We will definitely return next time we come to the area.

This airbnb is THE nicest I’ve ever stayed in the US! Truly! It was so new and clean and had everything you could need … and more. Michelle had it stocked with water and other goodies but she also had an amazing kitchen for us to use for our meals. She was fast to respond and when I got to meet her she was welcoming and friendly. I can’t say enough about this stay. I would love to have a home just like it. Perfect! To top it off it’s dog friendly. The yard is fenced and has a thick layer of mulch. My border collie dog, Flynn, loved it! We had room to play frisbee. There were pet quilts to place on the furniture too. She has literally thought of everything to make your stay amazing. I would stay again and again. Thank you, Michelle and Tim for a wonderful and unforgettable place!
Michelle’s place was very cozy. My friends and I stood here for the weekend for our visit to the Grand Canyon. We had everything we needed, and we were all beefy comfortable. It snowed on our first night and the host was nice enough to lend us a shovel so we could clear the driveway. I would recommend this place to anyone, and would definitely stay here again!

It's quiet and natural living in this area. The sky is huge and ever-changing.
In the early morning hours, you can hear elk bugling, and in the evening, the coyotes howl.
The sunrises and sunsets are incredible every morning and every night with colors that are indescribable.
The only traffic that passes by our place are locals going home or going out.
In the winter, we are surrounded by gold grasses, dotted with green juniper pines; in the summer, everything is a green landscape.
In this place, you will feel the peace of nature. It's only 45 minutes to the Grand Canyon, and it's less than 9 miles to Williams and only 2 miles to the nearest convenience store and gasoline.
By car. There also is no public transportation in Williams.
