The road is only maintained by the residents in the area. Drive slow when on the dirt road as there can be ruts, higher speed will cause an increase in dust. This cozy 2 bedroom 2 full bathroom 1400 sq ft house features a king size bed, queen size bed, large sectional couch, starlink internet, central A/C, heat and a wood pellet fire place for winter stays. Two roku TV's available for streaming of your choice. All bed linens and towels along with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand lotion are provided. A few board games and card games are provided for your entertainment! This home can accommodate up to 6 guest if two guest sleeping on the couch is acceptable to you. Fitted sheets, soft plush blankets, and extra pillows are provided! There is also a furnished and covered large back deck that faces West for beautiful sunset views any time of the year. There is also a BBQ grill, fire table, and corn hole for your enjoyment. The dining table seats 6 along with an island table seating two. The hot water heater is equipped with a recirculation system providing instant hot water year round.
